My story in 1 sentence: I was 51 pounds overweight and unhappy in my life when I started my journey. The combination of fitness, nutrition and mindset supported me to lose weight, increase muscle and build the emotional strength I needed to courageously become the best possible mother, friend and person I could be.
Is what you teach just another diet plan?
12 years ago, I could not go up the stairs without getting winded. I couldn’t play at the park with my 3 small children. I couldn’t hang from the monkey bars. I couldn’t do cartwheels or handstands. I had no strength and no stamina. I was sad and depressed and wore clothes in sizes I never thought I would wear. I was only 33 years old.
With 50+ pounds excess weight to lose, I finally reached a breaking point where I was sick & tired of feeling the way I did.
There were many obstacles… my negative self talk being the biggest one.
I wish I could say I was supported by my family, but I was alone and fighting for my freedom. I was determined to get healthy and lose everything that was weighing me down emotionally, mentally & physically.
I had to be bold and make a stand for myself.
It was a very difficult time in my life but I was driven to change the future for myself and children.
When I started working out consistently, I felt so much better. I was getting stronger, more confident, less stressed, less overwhelmed. BUT my scale did not start to move until I changed my eating habits.
The way I learned to prepare food to support my weight loss did not involve a diet, calorie counting, boring-ass-diet food or deprivation.
Let that sink in- I have never gone on a diet. I lost 51 pounds and have kept it off for over a decade.

In my journey, I learned to love myself to a healthy weight instead of the traditional diet punishment model that says:
‘I am so disappointed in my body, my weight, how could I let myself get here? I am so mad at myself, I am going to commit to this strict diet so that I can lose this weight. I will make all the sacrifices I need to so that I can get this weight off me. And THEN I will love myself.’
My teachings differ completely from anything you have considered trying for your health & weight loss goals.
1. Foodie Nutrition- Nobody enjoys a diet and diets *do not* create lasting results! My method teaches you how to prepare easy healthy gourmet food.When you stop eating a diet of processed foods and you learn how to make your own salad dressings, sauces & condiments, you are immediately dropping pounds in the first week of the program and consistently throughout. Because the food is DELICIOUS, you will never go back to eating in the way that got you where you are now.
2. Fun Fitness – For many people, exercise is a drag. It hurts. It’s not fun. But what did you do as a child? Didn’t you run around and ‘exercise’ most of the day? I climbed trees, buildings & fences and jumped off. I swung, flipped, played ALL DAY LONG. What did you do? The fitness in this program is FUN! Childlike play is energizing and this is the approach to fitness we take- all the while, increasing your core strength which is the foundation of all strength.
3. Radical Love Mindset - learn to care, accept & forgive yourself and others. You cannot hate yourself into losing weight. If you do, it will not stick.
