Foodie Fit Method

Mama Avi is guiding you to Meal Prep Success! In this program you will learn how to meal prep for 3 meals a day, 5 days per week. You will have a variety of healthy, gourmet ready-to-eat meals in your refrigerator.

Health & Lifestyle Benefits

You will build up your immune system to optimal levels. 

Your immune system lives primarily in the gut. Your gut health is dramatically affected by the food you eat. Learn to make all your own condiments, sauces, dressings for your meals + whole foods to improve your immune system and in turn, increase your disease resilience. 


You will have variety. 

Nobody wants to eat the same boring, dry chicken breast, sweet potato & broccoli every day. You want FLAVORS! You want VARIETY! You can do this with the basic kitchen supplies you have now: a blender, pots & pans, a sharp knife. Nothing fancy needed. Also, you can shop at any grocery store available.


You will save time. 

With the time saving tools I teach in the program and as you get more adept through the weeks, you will get back hours of time to do what you really want to do. Shopping, watching the videos, prepping, and cleaning will take approximately 4-6 hours total for 1-2 people, for the week. [Plan to spend a bit more time if preparing for more people.] Before I started meal-prepping, dinner was a minimum of 2 hours per night, cooking plus a mountain of dishes. You will cut the time you spend in the kitchen in half. You will have breakfast & lunches prepared ahead.


You will have more energy. 

Why does eating take out & frozen dinners make you feel weighed down & sluggish? Because of the ingredients that are used - namely preservatives, artificial ingredients, cheap, unhealthy & inflammatory oils & loads of sugar and salt. Through my program, you will have full control of all the ingredients! You will have MORE ENERGY which also means MORE TIME!


You will have fun! 

One of the keys to attaining a challenging goal is to have support in doing it. You are not meant to do hard things alone. Habit change can be daunting, but I am here to support you and help you cement this new lifestyle. You're going to gain confidence in the kitchen, learn life skills, take the overwhelm out of meal prep, and have fun along the way.
